2. Make a check payable to ISLAND TITLE CORPORATION for
$10,000. This check must
be from the person buying the unit.
3. You have the option of mailing your check and Letter of
Interest Form or you may simply bring
your check to our office during regular business hours.
a. If you choose to mail your check and Letter of Interest
Form, you must mail to the following address:

b. If you decide to drop off your check and Letter of
Interest to Reserve Form, you must
bring the check to the address as listed above. Office hours
are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00 pm. Please note
we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
c. If a Buyer is being represented by a cooperating Realtor,
that Realtor must have
accompanied that Buyer on the first visit. Real Estate
agents to contact sales office
regarding Broker courtesy.
d. Buyer to complete, review and authorize a sales agreement
within five (5) business days of receipt of the Letter of
Interest to Reserve Form by BVE, LLC.
e. Buyer must submit a pre-qualification letter before
entering into a sales agreement.
f. An additional $40,000 earnest monies deposit will be due
upon acceptance of the sales agreement.
